paint colour

Hi
i have 2000 T2 the top half is a burgandy red colour and the bottom bit looks to be a goldy silverish colour? does any body now what the correct colour the bottom bit is as i need to touch up the front bumper where i lost out to a bus and a slate wall in Porloch in Devon last week.

look under the bonnet on the tag plate you will see your code which will be the body colour, spoiler colour and interior trim colour.

i had the same goldy silverish colour as well and my colour code letters was "KJI".

i did a stupid thing once and that was spray the back window with tinted spray but what this did was burn everything it touched the mist rotted my brand new jeans it broken the heater connectors and because i sprayed to much it ran down the inside onto the spoiler and burned all the paint off so i sprayed the goldy silverish colour.

on my second jeep it came same colour again with a few scrapes but i did not bother with the same colour i went for a silver and sprayed the whole lot it defiantly makes it a nicer brighter colour.
