Paddy Hopkirk Roof Rack on SWB T2

Hi chaps,

I recently bought a Paddy Hopkirk roof rack from eBay for £10. I was told it would fit the T2, but I'm not sure.

Has anyone else got one fitted an a SWB?

Don't wanna break anything important trying to fit it.

I tried different ones on my LWB, (without roof bars), and they were dangerous, a quick twist and off it came.
The clamps rely on clamping to the edge of the door frame above the door.
But with an SWB! I don't know where the rear, clamps to.:nenau

Other designs might be different, but I could not find anything to fit that would stay on... Mind you I was only looking at the lower cost options.

I've found the front clamps fairly secure in the gap above the rear side windows, but the rear clamps just aren't holding, not much for them to hold onto. Might play a little more, then forget it and wait until I trade up to a LWB.
