slightly off topic but an interesting and valid point! disclaimers are genberaly (legaly speaking) not worht the paper they are written on, under several acts the people providing a service, (particularly a paid for service) become legaly responsible as soon as they take on the 'service provider' role, regardless of the use of a dislaimer in any form.
