Oil Leaking

My mate done a service yesterday, hwoever, started up this morning and oil major leaking from oil filter? is there where it hasn't sealed correctly?

Yeah all seemed fine, noticed few drops on floor this morning and thought it was just where some had been spilt, started it up and it poured out!, just waiting for him to come back but he's still at work

Has the oil filter been tighten up properly. Had a problem with the previous filter that kept undoing itself.

I have had one were the old sealing ring was stuck to the bottom face and when the new filter went on it squeezed out.

The oil filter on these are placed under a lot of pressure when he motor is running, so if any the above have happened that when it sprays out e.g not tight or not sitting on the base properly.

Try tightening first and if that does not work you might have to undo it and check that seal is sitting correct and only one seal.
