Thank you Rick and bry,

There are CV's at the hub and and at the diff end right? I asked how to inspect just to know what to look for on a busted CV :)

Cheers!

Well the dif end of the shaft is not constant velocity, it is a three pronged roller system that if you remove the boot it will just pull out but be ware the lower ring will fall off and all the neadle rollers will fall out, the outer one is CV and can only be stripped once the shaft has been removed, to do this hold the shaft in a bench vice and knock the CV off with a heavy soft faced hammer, then the centre part can be rotated in order to remove the balls one by one, then the center part can be removed, any parts not in perfect condition are scrap and individual parts not available, so back to my original post, if it is noisy it is scrap, Rick

Thank you very much Rick :thumb2 Seems like i need to remove a lot of joints and so. Is it expensive parts? I only had the vehicle for 2 yrs and it have done very well indeed. However this winter was hard. At times -36 C.

Cheers!

Check prices on this UK suppliers website, do a Google for Milner Off Road. Not sure if they will export but atleast you will get an idea of prices.
