Hi guys I just thought I'd let you all know that if you have no ARBs on your truck it IS a failure!
No amount of persuasion would move Mr Tester from his duty. "If it was designed to have one or manufactered with one, then you need it on for the MOT"
It's called "Prescence" or in my case lack of it!
So does anyone have an ARB bush set so I can gash mine back together?
It's for a SWB petrol.
Also what's a brake load sensor thing? and where is it? I've failed on that so is it a mendy thing or start again?
Cheers

I thought about another tester but at £50 a pop it's prob cheaper to get some bushes.
Also living in the sticks the choice of mot resters is a bit ltd anyway.

Mine went through ok after I'd removed the rear drop links that I never took off.

Am told its a bit of a grey point, but basically if it looks like its missing then you'll fail but if it doesn't look like there should be one it will pass. On some cars different models/years are fitted with and without ARBs so MOT tester can't be expected to know.

If its made to look like they were never, they wont even notice!
