Anyone know where I can but a MAF for a 2.4 petrol Terrano ??

Yes they are very robust compared to many, just use a cotton bud dipped in spirit and gently wipe off the black deposits, if it has failed which will be unusual then I have one or two here, also in the plenem chamber there is a temperature sensing diode this can be cleaned as well, Rick

Are the Petrols Hitachi as well Rick? I know it's only Hitachi ones that are cleanable on the 2.7 and the Bosch are best left alone
