cant see it being of any benefit maybe even restrict airflow lol, simlair to the hyclones if your turbo dont swirl the air up nothing will!

they are pretty good and does work i had one very similar before but an electric one and they did make some difference not as much they are exaggering but they do work and help motor

I'm with JACE on this one all the way; especially his comment on the turbo action.
Comparisons with powered blowers are not valid; this isn't powered. It can only cause drag because it has to be driven.

Yours probably work because it was eletric and forced the air in making it more dence and therefore more combustable but i have my doubts as jace states when your turbo cuts in it probably does the same job but then it is forcing the air in.

i thought it was a fixed thingy like a hyclone, plus if it is electric, why would you need one anyway, thats what the turbos for!!

i only reason i could see for getting one is if you were taking your cars to altitudes, then and only then i think they might benifit your car by 'pre-boosting' the air and taking some strain off the turbo

I'd say there absolutely rubbish especially on any car with a turbo as the actuator will only let the pressure go to a certain psi then it will dump the excess through the wastegate. So if it did increase the pressure before the turbo (which I'd say is highly unlikely) you'd see no extra after the turbo which is where it matters.
