Nissan Patrol Dash Pods

I was searching through the internet today, and amongst all the porn and cat videos I found this!

Super pricey, and I bet the postage is a whopper too! But I'm pretty sure someone here has the resources to make something like these for a much better price...

I'm struggling to find a good place for my cb speaker but the one there has it integrated nicely. Shame I've got gauges up there now though.

Instead of a speaker, could you not plug it in the 'AUX IN' on your stereo... That way all your speakers become your CB speaker?

No good if you want to listen to the radio and your CB at the same time mind! :doh

Yeah its a good shout but I'm not sure if I would rather them separate.

Just need to see what works best with the space provided. Never thought I'd struggle for space in a Patrol :lol

I doubt 3D printed pod would be strong enough. I'd prefer either a vacuum formed or injection molded, or fiberglass.

I dabbled with Fibreglass, but got myself in a right mess...

I looked into vac forming, but making a suitable mold seemed beyond me! :lol
