Good morning.

Question, when replacing a valve (rocker) cover gasket should i use liquid gasket or only a new gasket (after a good clean).

My 8yr son wants to be a mechanic, so this is a easy enough job to do with him in is grandfather car.

Since i'm not a mechanic, some tips are welcome so i don't look bad doing it !!! :lol

Hylomar spread thinly.

Thorough clean of both surfaces with either no glue or the thinnest smear of Hylomar and don't overtighten the bolts - it's like Cork but different you can over squeeze plastic /rubber easily.
