Hello,
I have owned a p reg terrano for 4 years now, and want to attempt a service myself, oil plus all the filters. Is there an idiots guide on here of how to do it?
I have only done this once before on my partners car (toyota estima), all went well with that but I did have a pictorial guide

Would this kit be suitable?

Also what grade oil should I use?
Oh one last thing !! I need a new front tyre as a screw went into it, any suggestions cheap ones where I can get a tyre.

hi, thats where i get my service kit from, dont do my self though.
not seen a guide with pics, but if you take some pics as you do yours and send in there will be for some one else

comma list 5/30 same as a ford zetec engine i have the full oil guide for comma 09 all i use. comma make mobil 1 so good stuff good price. dont go to cheap on a service you will just pay more on fuel cost and repairs.

just make sure you get the right year for your car..

unlike some one i know..

Hi all I can say is if you do it yourself make sure you get the oil filter well seated when I bought my 2 there was a bad oil leak we could not tell where it was comming from there was too much oil I thought the worst :doh but it turned out to be the badly fitted oil filter :thumbs
