Welcome mate :thumb2

I just had a little laugh to myself as I imagined you ina sheer state of panic running out to the car with a head torch and the radio as your bemused family watched from the kitchen window :lol :lol

Welcome to the mad house!!!!! Any website problems, give me a shout, I'm a Moderator

Yes, I started reading about your new project last night. Yours is the same colour and about the same age too, so I'll watch your progress with interest and hopefully pick up some tips.

I've already been out this morning with my coffee, checking him over and making a mental list of stuff to do. The carpet is damp under the middle seats so that's a priority. I'm hoping the seller was a bit heavy handed with the valet steam clean he told me about, so I'll give it a day or two before panicking too much.

Oops, that last was a reply to Jim....hadn't noticed all the other welcomes, so howdy back and Rock's name for spares has been duly noted, many thanks!

Banshee...Yes, the family are all very bemused at the moment. They've never seen me this excited over a motor before and think I've been possessed or something.

Welcome, it's a nice little community. The Terrano is a great motor that'll keep on going, rumour has it that there are people out there who've owned new motors for over 20 years! I don't know how true this is though...

You had to do it :doh :lol :lol :lol

I can't beleive that!

Next you'll be telling me they've had it from new and maybe even fitted their own Rossini brake discs!

Lift the carpet under your middle row of seats and give it a check over where mine has been repaired in the picture. Also check the seat belt mounting is solid on the wheel arch, again shown in the picture.
Picture may just show up as a link sorry, posting from my tablet.

If these are solid check the carpet just inside the tailgate, can get water coming in there and running forward.

Let us know how you get on and if you find a fault don't panic as it's not the end of the world or the truck as it's all repairable which is another benefit of these trucks.

Thanks for the advice about the carpet, Jim, I'll give that a go.

Oh, and hi Siz! We can be newbies in arms! :thumb2
