Hi everybody, Graham from Swindon here. Just became a fully paid up member tonight so thought I'd better say hello.
Own a Patrol GR SE 2.8 (Y61) which I've had from new since 1998! Not my first as when I worked in Saudi (89-92) I had a short wheelbase Patrol Can't remember the model but it had the 4.2l straight 6 and boy did it shift! Only downside was fuel consumption - 15mpg on a good day! Thankfully petrol was cheap out there - around £2 to fill the tank!! That little baby is what got me hooked on the Patrol.
Also own a Yamaha Fjr1300 motorbike but this is the wrong owners club to be talking about that
Currently have a problem with a leaking half shaft oil seal on my Patrol but will post the details in the Y61 forum.
