Saw the heading and didn't look at the post for a couple of days - I thought it was the type of "Run" where you got yer trainers on and ran until you dropped or finished. lol

On a more serious note the whole purpose of this day out was to take my wife's disabled friend out and let her enjoy parts of the countryside she would never get to see as we do.
12 years ago she was involved in a car crash which left her without the use of her legs.
