Well took 25mins to do both sides all I did was disconnected the drop link ball joint then jacked the chassis up seams I have +2" shocks once rear wheel was off ground the spring just pulled out which was nice.:lol:thumbs

So my question is, for the people that run with the anti roll bar off, how come the springs dont fall out if its this easy

This is why i said you would need a spring compresor.

Pete, im looking at you to answer this one :thumbs

I presume he means the bottom axle control links, not the arb links

If you have +2" shocks and +2" coils then they wont fall out. When fitting them the ARB needs to be off but the real money maker is to undo the panhard rod. Once the PHR is refitted it matters not about the arb, the coils wont fall out I promise :D

Yes it did raise the rear but as also stated above I believe it has returned it to standard ride height from saggy spring height.

The previous owner had already adjusted the front torsion bars to make it level with the saggy arse end so that's my next job, to re-adjust the front torsion bars to level it all off.

My headlight aim after doing the rear springs and shocks went from perfect to below acceptable MOT aim to give you some idea of how much the rear came up!

I'll measure the height to the arch tomorrow.

Just to update this 84.5cm at rear after fitting all that stuff.
80.5cm at front which i'll leave for the time being!
