not russian ... czech .... i saw their range of commercial trucks way back in 1979 at a distributorship in Dorsten Westphalen .. looked a useful tool ... chassis is based on a central tubular member if my memory serves me right company still makes trucks in a place called kopnvnice czech republik
 
front of it looks a bit like a jag .... is it made of bits of other cars ? :nenau
