Hello guys,

I'm the latest addition to the forum. I am from Denmark but live in Moscow, Russia. I have been a member of Land Rover club Denmark a few years back. Now i am looking to buy a Terrano 2 for use in Russia. I want a light but sturdy 4x4. I knew a farmer in Denmark who had a Terrano 2, short version, 2.7l diesel. I was an awesome little 4x4. Don't know much about it but i have an idea it will fit my needs here.

Regards, Lars

Hello Guys and thank you for the welcome:thumb2 I know it's a quite old thread but i only just recently got my Terrano, I have also just paid the members fee. I will post some pics when i have found out how:D

I bought it in Germany. It have a lifted/raised suspension and the 4x4 lock on the front wheels have been changed to manual ones. It had about 123.000km on it's back. So far i am quite happy with it.

Sorry for not answering your posts but i forgot to add the email notification feature....

All the best

Lars

Awesome, hay, how is it in eastern Europe anyway? I'm wanting to move over that way sometime, probably Poland:D

Welcome back mate nice to hear from you again, Rick

Thanks Rick mate:thumb2 I see the email "thingy" works now:) I felt i was a bit odd to post here and so, not having a vehicle yet. Well it's good to have a 4x4 again. However the Terrano is new to me. What is the Haynes manual called. Can't seem to find one??? I need to do a few things on it and i always buy workshop/repair manuals for my cars.

Regards, Lars

Thanks Rustic. It seems to be a good vehicle. I have tested it a bit up north. However it have the suspension raised back and front and have a tendency to pop out the roll bar rubber bushings from the "wishbones". Maybe the guy who mounted them was not doing a all to great job. The former owner did it. Sorry if my technical English is not correct.
