With dexterity issues, the best BlackBerry for you would be a 9000, the previous version of the Bold. However, I am not in any position to recommend any other brand, especially as the camera is good but not great. All other aspects, superb.

hmmmm......so many phones to choose from.

dexterity wise you certainly want a tactile phone as opposed to touch screen, so that narrows it down a little. internet and all that stuff your going into smartphone territory so of course things start to get technical.

id stay clear of nokia, only because i think the keys are quite small on the type of phone youd probably focus on-business types such as the E71 etc

Surely thats why you should go for a big touch screen. Nice big qwerty keyboard etc. You can de sensitise it if you want.
All the blackcurrents I've seen have tiddly buttons to suit barbie and ken :lol

I heard someone on the radio a few weeks back talking about a phone with big buttons , didn't get any other details though, I was too busy chasing eels.

A quick search on google should turn something suitable up. And if it was me, I'd be after returning that dodgy phone and getting all my money back, he's already sold you a dud once, don't waste your time with him. And definitely send it recorded delivery or even special.

if you want it i have a qtek 2020i you can have for free but it needs a new screen think a shop charges somthing like £15-£25 to put a new one in or if you know some one who can do it you can get them from ebay for about £10, was supposed to do it but never got round to pick one up and bought a new one

the qtek is boxed with manuals and orginal cd's if you wanted it
