I do like the fox/hawk/bat wing awnings.
Shame about the rip, hopefully you get better service than I had from the muppets I bought my awning from.
Anyway, I came across these and it looks great as an awning attachment, and I guess you could look at adding 2 or 3 to a batwing.

Now that is ideal for a quick comfortable setup. I assume you can remove the canopy and drive away?

You'll need an Oztent for that, the cheaper Chinese ones seem to be getting more scarce as I think Oztent are going for the retailers. That one in the link doesn't have a frame, apparently. Just ignore that aluminium tube that you can see, but I think that the front is supported by the awning, the non-frame frame bit supports the rear, but it's not a stand alone, drive away tent
All tents are expensive Jim, except those two man pop up jobbies for £20.00.
£900.00 for a roof top tent!!!

Ahh you don't need a tent! Just an army poncho, roll mat, dossbag and goretex bivvi. ;)

True, I use an ex US army camp bed nowadays, or a Premiere Inn!!

Got bored for a minute or two:lol

I'll say nothing then... :augie
But awnings are brilliant though. :sly
