new alarm help

im fitting a new alarm to my terrano all finished apart from the central locking. how does it work is it positive lock/ negative lock has anyone fit a alarm to this motor.

please help

I've done this on another car ( A SEAT toledo) but cant say much about terranos.

I would say identify which you think are the trigger wires to the central module (if it has one) and cycle through lock/unlock with a multimeter clamped into the wires. You'll soon see by the polarity of them which if any do what.

I'm pretty certain I've seen the circuit somewhere on the web. perhaps via zippys link?

new alarm with central locking, remote start, anti hi jack, auto lock with ignition, shock senser, utrasonic senser and some.
