anyone up for a meet maybe mid October for some peak district lanes?
Ive still not done houndkirk and the surrounding areas.
although houndkirk is popular I would like to fit a few less popular maybe over grown routes in to boot.
I can probably plan a good route and maybe fit a pub grub social thing in too.

If i am free,i will make the trip.:thumbs

Ok I will get my maps out and see what I can come up with.
any suggestions by other members on recommended lanes will be welcomed.
I think there are quite a few do able lanes in the vicinity of houndkirk.
I am self employed so am flexable with dates.

i'm not 100% but houndkirk was closed not long back it may be worth checking if it is still like that now,

in the mean time heres a few lanes in that sort of area

Hurstclough
Bamford Clough
Pindale
Dirtlow Rake
Bagshaw cavern (don’t know name of lanes)
Ellmore hill
William hill
