Done a few things to the motor in the last week. Replaced damaged speedo fascia (with thanks to Sparkiedoo :thumb2), got some bulbs coming from Nissan to replace blown mileometer/clock/temp ones.

Fitted an Alpine CD player with Ipod input etc, got it out a trade car for free so happy days

Then fitted a fluorescent light in the back

Wanted a bulkhead but new price is £495 so i got a joiner mate in tow and headed to B&Q and started making one!
Findlay hard at it

Lower half done

and completed bar some carpet trim which is on its way

Cost of plywood, inc thin board we used to do a dummy version- £40. Nice saving? Shame i got carried away and bought a Bosch jigsaw and a Dewalt cordless drill. :lol

Bought trimming carpet as used in campers etc to finish it off nice. Then ill cut and tidy the fit of the rear load mat. Ill update again.

Difference in noise is unbelievable, especially as i have MT tyres on. Means my cab will heat up much quicker now, and work/ dirty stuff is kept completely separate. Well chuffed.

Thats a nice spec Alpine stereo & it retailed at around £270:thumb2 oh that's not an old Kona mountain bike in the background is it ?

Yeh well happy with the stereo, was in a Peugeot 106 i bought for £100 with a broken timing belt, quality! The sound from it is amazing compared to standard unit, especially as some previous owner has fitted aftermarket speakers behind front seats and theyre very good!

Theres 2 Specialized and 1 GT mountain bikes there ;)

Alpine are good & yours from what I can find has 3 RCA outputs so if you ever wanted an amp it'll be easy, not sure if it has the time alignment setting tho, I like my car audio:augie
The stickers on the seat tube of the bike closest looked a bit like the ones on the early 90's Kona's but looking again i'd say it's one of your specialized. Had my last Kona for 21 years before exporting it to Germany
