Nice motor:thumbs IIRC the ZS is a tweeked Rover 400 & it'll have the 2L turbo lump under the bonnet ? used to love driving the Rover 600 Ti's bloody quick motors

BMW only bought Rover for all the classic car builders names like Austin, BL, Triumph, MG, Leyland, Morris, Herold & Rover (there could be a couple more names just can't think of them at the min) but the main name they want was the British icon Mini

Sadly MG and Rover are now Chinese owned.

Always had a soft spot for rover and mg but the company was just not managed right and could have been great if they kept up with the times and had investment

Mods wise its a working project but currently sitting around 150bhp with heaps of torque, these are pretty easy to get that power and cost very little to get it there. Its much better than my 2005 focus tdci in many ways, including reliability!
