Oooo... so lots of fun to be had... There will not be a straight bar within walking distance of you now:D:D:naughty

I take it, you move the pins to vary the diameter of the bends, or are they just for different tube sizes?

They are for different size tubes, You may be able to play with diameters on the smaller size tubes but not sure.

Need a tube notcher and some angle finding tools next.

Nice mate, is it a staffa ? Been looking at these myself

A tip I got that is supposedly fantastic is this:

Get yourself a couple of bags of kids play sand. Get your pipe gaffer tape the one end and stand it upright, then pack it with sand a few inch at a time using a piece of suitably length wood to tamp it down as you go, until its full, now tape the end. The sand needs to be ever so slightly damp. This will ensure no kinking or depressions in large diameter pipe and your bends will look pro :)

This ones made by Ega Master, I wanted the older type of bender as the formers are meant to bend the tube better with less kinking than the new clarke ones etc. But also wanted one that I can get spares easily, As I read seals for the staffa benders can be a pain to acquire.

Aware of the sand trick, You can also use water and freeze it (hard with long lengths).

The tube in the picture was about 25mm OD and quite thin walled, I am very pleased with the bend and has very little kink in it. Just wanted it test it out and didn't bother with sand.

Nice one. It's been a long time since I've used one of those and it takes some practice to get the bends in the right place. I made up a full cage for a customer with a Disco as well as sliders and a winch bumper. Never seemed to need the sand trick though.
