My 2nd Terrano thread.

Well boys, I've bought another Terrano. An 02 plate lwb, 2.7, one owner from new. About 90k, 500 quid. No MOT, needs a bit of welding but nothing serious, apart from that it is MINT.
I'll put some pictures up.

That's what I was thinking, but this one has the older style rear diff, the big h233 one :thumb2

Just like my Mrs Motor but the paint work is complete shit, they cut so many corners on the post 2k it is un true, even the chrome on the wheel nuts is rubbish, Rick

Hi all, I've got some pics to share of the work I have done on the front end. The usual cross member and body mounts.

That was the nearside, offside was a bit worse but I cut a piece out for access and welded it in after.

Drilled some holes to weld through for some extra strength, the box section is watch used for the cross member, the bit with the two holes in I cut in half and used to support the main rad.

Front finished apart from fastening the rubber arch liners in, aligning the bumper a bit better and finding an o-ring for an air con connection :thumbs

Yeh it's not my favourite job, the rear sills and arches are next which will be more awkward, I'm hoping I can get it in the air at work so I can work on it at shoulder height, that would be a massive bonus.

Right guys, I'll post some pics of what I've done between now and the last lot of pics but I just wanted to tell you it's booked in for MOT tomorrow (19th/Tues) so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I havent6had chance to have it over a pit for a good look underneath but I have faith :thumbs
