snorkel tops arrived,

and sealed,

went for a test, 1/4 up the window, and a dry cabin :lol:

iv just had a new exhaust fitted, and fitted the snorkel

iv just done the mpg test

covered 75.4 miles and used 15.75ltr of fuel, which worked out to be 21.76mpg


now i done the same trip with out the snorkel and a broken exhaust (rear box missing)

covered 54.57 miles and used 16.47ltr of fuel which has worked out to be 15.06mpg,

these i never go over 3000rpm,
but the first test was tested with off roading too,

so bonus :lol:

hi,
newbie here...

ive been looking for a snorkel for some time, on utube i've seen some on spanish Terranos, looks good. but ive not been able to read the spanish websites to get more info aslo our friends down under have teh snorkles for Terranos.. the are better quite cheap untill you add the posage!!

just need to save up and bring one back in hand lugage.. not sure what the air lines would think of that though..
