rick i reread his posts and see he is in kent but also stated its usually mot is done in bexhill,thats the only reason i mentioned you.so you have done one befor so you know how much work is needed.

Yes he does say that regular MOT in Bexhill but do not know the connection, and also think that judging by the pictures that rear cross tube and brackets is a major job that yes I have done before with a part from a donor chassis but the repaired chassis still had some good metal to weld to, this motor would need the body lifting from it to do such a repair if indeed it is worth it, I somehow think not, Rick

The connection with Bexhill is my partner is from there.... and I use a chap her dad knows for the mots.

I used to weld years ago , I thought the cab would need to be removed and it wasn't viable.

How its managed to pass previous mot's, I don't know........ something dodgy....
