thanks,

I got the guys at kwik-fit just to put it up on the ramps to show me where it was leaking from, and it looks like the previous owner has already done this exact repair. I think it just needs the jubilee clips tightening :nenau

Do yourself a favour and do a proper job and replace the feed and return for some Kunifer from tank to IP  :naughty

that is great thanks.

I think it is just the middle section that needs replacing (there is a hole in the box big enough to get a couple of fingers in) but at that price I might pick up the end pipe too.

The flexi didn't look too shabby so I might leave the first part as it is.

Is replacing the middle and end pipe a fairly straightforward job?

I was waiting for a text message from you regarding the welding.:lol
At least you only have minor issues to sort:thumb2

I knew you were busy so I thought I'd get it MOT'd first then see what it needs.

I was a little bit naughty though... I got some fat boy metal filler and did a bodge job on the sills! They still need welding up properly but it was good enough to get it through. To be fair, I was really impressed with the filler, it looks a little scruffy but it is rock hard when it sets.

The oil leak is back though, so it must be that other thing you mentioned. I'll get the driver's side wheel off and take a look to see if I can tell where it's coming from.

Btw, did you have a nice holiday?

I'm looking at Kunifer online but it comes up as break line not fuel line, is it the same stuff?

Also, what diameter should I use and what type of connectors would I want?

I take it the process for installing this would be the same as the instructions that Fez made?

it's passed! :clap

I have a few advisories to sort out, as well as do a proper job on the fuel line and sills, but at least I can diver it for the next 12 months!
