Another problem sorted out. I had one of the common faults, missing pixels on the dash display, i could not read the temp, clock or the mileage. So I took the dash board apart, easy job that bit.
Then took the clocks out, and dismantled them. They break down into 4 parts. BUT Nothing look out of place, no dry joints, breaks or even bits missing.
So put them back together and reconnected them, BINGO, they worked. I'm not sure what I did, but it worked. I'm guessing the plug was not connected correctly and after refitting it sorted it out.
I did find some tin foil stuffed in the ABS window to stop the ABS light showing, this looks like a small fault though as it only stays on now and again, so I took the tin foil back out.
