Hi All
Short time back I posted asking advice on where to get a replacement front drive shaft (drivers side) for my 1997 2.7 Maverick as the rubber boot has split and CV knocks if engaged. I thought a complete shaft was easier way to go.

A member suggested I try
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/142327291011
but this company said fits Terrano R20 but not suitable for my Maverick.
Surprised as I thought there would only be one part.
Not sure whether its a spline issue or not.

Any advice on supply route new or good used welcome

There was a rumour floating around here years ago that there were 2 different length shafts available which I disproved.

I'd be very very surprised if that shaft didn't fit your Maverick!!! I com pare one from my 96' Maverick with a 2004 Terrano shaft and they were identical :nenau

Mechanically the R20 terrano and R20 Maverick are the same.
It's just re badged as a ford with some cosmetic differences.
I've currently got a pair of drive shafts from a 1995 maverick fitted to my 2000 terrano.
