The police women with the brown hair and ponytail is hot....has a nice set on her too:D

I did watch the entire thing and its good they won, nice to know they didn't just give up protecting

well done the tree huggers:thumbs

i would not be sharp enough to pull that off if i was in that sort of trouble... i think i would have just kicked the fat one in the nuts and took a kicking

Bailiff law law is little understood, they cannot force entry, but if you have left a window open then they can get in, you do not have to let them in, but if you do beware they will have a right of entry in the future for the issue they are dealing with currently, Rick

I gotta give the man his dew I would have twatted them by now the bald and fat dude who keeps strutin would deffinetly of had one cant see any fit copper though

id have had no chance, and it pisses me off. those big blokes were so intimidating and its not necessary. I'm really glad this chap Loz sorted them out, although to be fair the police were as usual just standing there not really doing much. Apart from the girls. who were stood there looking FIT.

This was an interesting video, and I watched all the way through.

The video highlights the complexities of the law surrounding bailiffs and repossession orders etc.

I for one am, and remain deeply concerned about the calibre of individuals the courts are appointing, and their complete disregard for the rule of law and a private individuals rights. I am definitely not a 'tree hugger', but the steady erosion of the common mans hard won rights does make me very worried.

I also think that the police need to be better trained/informed for dealing with such matters, as they were clearly out of their depth on this occasion.

'There but for the grace of god go I' remains an appropriate choice of words in this case.

Regards

Alan

well said Alan.

I think the issue here is, as you say, lack of knowledge. What happens is, the banks send in the heavies, the lack of information simply results in violence (hence the heavies) and this in turn has lead to the employment of these baliff low lifes (in the video). its very sad.

What amazes me, is the people that go into that sort of job, seem to think that the persons they are sent out to, have got themselves into debt on purpose.

The guys in the Video made several sarcastic comments about the fact that they "Pay their bills".

The thing with a mortgage is it is a very long term loan, and in the 20 to 30 years you have it, your life "WILL" change a huge amount... We all hope for the better, but in reality, there is always going to be down times.

Having had a very close shave a couple of years ago ourselves, our eyes have been scarily opened to how easy it is to go from being able to pay your mortgage fairly comfortably, to being right up the creak with out a paddle, and days away from loosing the house. Luckily for us, we had someone watching over us, and a well timed PPI payout gave us enough grace to get ourselves back on our feet. But at the time, we were desperate, and people coming round with that sort of attitude may have just been the catalyst it took to take me over the edge. They are asking for trouble.

But.... while these guys are right about the "letter of the law", and it is good to see them stand their ground, one up for the little guy, surely they are just delaying the inevitable, after all, it is only missing a signature, which takes a day or two to get, so what do they really get out of it, other than higher blood pressure, and 2 days grace.

It also shows,Peaceful resistance,by law cannot be met with violence and intimidation.By law that is.(Not always the case though)

That's what I thought too. But the point that Loz? is making and was proved right at the end, is that this was an illegal repo, they had no authority from the courts because the judge had not signed the vital form. The meat head Bailliff said 'I do 50 a week'.
With the correct paperwork Loz? knew they could do nothing.

I'm glad I watched this video

PORK BELLY BAILIFF :lol WITH A STAB VEST :nenau WHAT A KNOB :D

THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN IN SCOTLAND .....DIFFRENT LAW :sly

exactly. The point is, despite delaying the inevitable, that the banks are screwing us over and these baliffs are going about it in a manner that is questionable at best. Its exposure, and its people like Loz, "the little guys", who are standing up for us all and in the long run their courage will teach many of us how to stand up for ourselves.

the guys a fecking hero.

What I liked about Loz is he looks like he could handle himself in a fight. But he knew he had a more powerful alie on his side, the law.
