Maf voltages

Hi guys I saw on here a while back that there are specific voltages for each pin on the MAF.
I have a suspect Hitachi one and just replaced it, trouble is it's playing up again...............OR there is something else afoot!
So to narrow things down can you tell me again what the numbers are please?

Pin 1 5v - supply
pin 2 0.7v ignition on, engine off. ~1.2v engine at idle. 4.5v under full throttle, 2500rpm.
pin 3 0v - ground.

The most important thing is you get a steady rise in volts as load /revs increase, and that you have around 1-1.2v at idle.

For full power you must have 4.5v under WOT too.
