Hi the winch tray was mounted directly onto the chassis this was fitted by the lads at west mids 4x4 it 8mm thick so aint going anyway!!! this is used to mount on the bumper using 8 bolts and bolted to the front wings and painted matt black

Saves having to worry about ripping your bumper off. Looks good.

What size tyres are you running?

31 10.50 15 buckshot gotta say more than happy with em behave well on the road not to noisey

Good job:thumbs have you rotated the winch 90 degrees?
If so how's access to the clutch?

yes rotated 90 degrees but the clutch is still at the top its a goodwinch supposed to be waterproof!!!! we will see eh lol

Now you need to come to Wales :sly :naughty :D :augie :thumbs

That looks sweet can we see some more pics of the truck? :thumb2

bloody love it . looks a very good job. my only worry is the bumper is very low . but then the winch is ideally situated.... you cant have both !

any ideas on price ?

the bumper actually sits higher than the standard bumper with more ground clearance especially on the front either side

it dont stick out much, wont the grill be vunrable when pushing stuff out way?

it does stick out im going to make a small nudge bar that will stick out to protect it maybe put some spot lights on it

i know from mine its needs to have bitove protection, the bull bars i had on maverick lasted 48hrs before i broke em lol, navaras winch bumper much better for shunting lol!

it looks very well made, about the tidiest i have seen :thumb2
