Frankenstein exhaust bracket. I can tell now the weld is cold here but for tge bracket it should be ok.

Scraped and chipped away the crap from the under floor of the boot strengthening area

Also cleaned and painted all the body mounts but no pics as I was dead by tge time id done all of the above.
 
Flipping ell mate you're doing a proper job, I've done the same on mine and know its a pain in the bum!
If you like welding upside down you'll love the sills :doh :lol
 
This weekend I was on the hunt for more holes that needed repairs. Hammer and screwdriver found these.

Things went well on the plate sizing

Few pin holes to fix. Think there was something under the surface as a few of the welds bubbled up like little volcanoes

This area is one that was underneath one of the side step supports so had been rotting away secretly

Even though a bit rusty the inner skin was solid. So cleaned it up and a bit of zinc spray
