oh thats another job I've got to do, can you use this in the front aswell? I dont think its ever been changed! I get a strong smell similar to gas when it's in 4wd any ideas what that could be?

I hope you are on the slippery stuff when in 4 wheel drive, if on Tarmac you will get transmission windup, which at best will shred tyres, at worst... wreck your gear box, front diff or rear diff or Auto hubs. Your risk.

The LSD oil suggested is right for the rear diff, but not suitable for the front diff as this is not a limited slip diff, we wished it was though sometimes..:doh

yeah always on somthing slippy when in 4wd, and I was told you could use lsd oil in a non lsdiff but you couldn't do it the other way round
