loud clunk in door - window now wont go up

Hi everyone!

Closed my Drivers door the other day and heard a loud clunk inside the door, the window was down and now wont go up it will still go down and makes a noise when you push the switch up. Any Ideas?, was going to have a look inside door but im not sure how the panel comes of can anyone help?
Have manually pulled window up and wedged with cardboard as the window keeps falling open.

It might of come off the runner it a easy job so skin loss.

Ok,

Door Panel off is a doddle...

Open the door there are two screws on the hinge side, remove the caps undo & remove the screws.

Remove the bolt in the top of the door handle and remove the door handle.

Pull the internal opener and lever the plastic surround out, you have to give it a good pull... don't be shy!

Then just lever the panel at the bottom and give it a good pull and it will come off the door again don't be shy, it sounds horrible as the poppers come out! But its ok.

Then lift the panel away.

I suspect one of the runner bolts may have come away and the glass come off the runner.
