Not true: this is a national affair; there are guidelines from Europe, but how each country implements them is up to them. And since the Belgian government never - ever! - gets something right, they go a lot further than other countries. In The Netherlands for example, no problem.
Besides, if UK were to leave Europe, where can we buy our Terrano parts ?
