looking at buying another t2 . problem?

hi again looking at buying our 2nd t2 had a mav before these ,its an auto this time not driven it yet but on looking at service history within the last 1000 miles it has had a turbo ''release rise and nut replaced '' would this indicate a problem dont know what it does otherwise looks a good truck which i will buy if drives ok and find out what this part is about cheers once again
