so where does all of this money go?
simple question really, anyone got a simple answer for me?
its like road tax, some newer cars dont even pay road tax.
what if we all had them cars?
who would pay for the upkeep of the roads?
would car owners then get taxed more heavily on the fuel or another tax that could then be invented " for the enviroment ".
this country to be honest with you all is going to the dogs and soon will be completly f@cked!!!
we are dictated to by a lot of sprouts in brussels, time for a change, enough is enough!!!!!!

fact is they don't care where it comes from, it all goes into the same big fat pot, they just have to keep being creative as to where they steal the next lot and what they call it.

I mean Llandovery, which we live near, is in an economically depressed area with high unemployment - seasonal tourist money just doesn't keep things going long enough. So Carmarthen Council has imposed resident permits on all the side streets with a £30 annual fee.....not only is that unfair on folks who are struggling to make ends meet, but now they all park on the main drag instead, stopping any passing shopping traffic from stopping, killing a town thats already on its knees. But it doesn't matter because allegedly the next step is to double line the rest of the entire town, leaving 30-ton trucks, motorcyclists and log lorries with double trailers to drive through as fast as they like.

Oh and did I mention the planning twat who said I wouldnt be able to stick a couple of yurts in my four acre plot but has just given permission to a local (already wealthy) farmer to literally demolish a hillside 300 yards away to remove stone and then cut half the wood down that covers the rest of it.....in what is jokingly called a Special Landscape Area.....

If you're getting the impression that 'the system' is f*cked and staffed by a bunch of tossers looking forward to their fat cat final salary pensions funded by you and me,THEN YOU ARE CORRECT!
