The other day, while out walking, I noticed Extreme's girlfriend (pictured below), sitting on her front step, so I walked up to her and said, "I couldn't help but notice how happy you look my dear! What is your secret?"

"Well I need to keep up with my boyfriend, so I smoke ten cigars a day plus forty rollups," she said. "Then, before I go to bed, I have a nice big fat spliff".

"Apart from that, I drink a whole bottle of vodka every week, two bottles of wine a day and eat only junk food. On weekends, I pop pills, have a lot of sex, and don't exercise at all."

"That is absolutely amazing!" I said, "How old are you?"

"Forty-four," she replied.
