Lights behind LCD display in speedo / Clock unit

So the new bus was suffering from a dose of sticking needles on the speedo and rev counter, so I whipped the clocks out and resoldered them, I checked the bulbs on the LCD display as it was completely dark only to find that they look like 3 X LED's ?? Can anyone advise where I can get a set of replacements??

On a side note I was pleased to see that the front clear plastic lens is easily detachable as mine has a crack and I'm looking for one of those too if anyone has one kicking about??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the bulbs are T5 type bulbs 1.2w from memory
