If you dont want to mess with the running gear why not the body lift?

It wont be a problem with the torrsion bars and I certainly would NOT weld to them!

A worn out ideler or tie rod makes for horible driving, I know that for sure, you say you've had your tracking done but there is no point what so ever if you have play in these or in the ball joints.

Get the worn parts replaced then get your alinments done.
 
id love to get a look at bluebulls new lift kit before he fits it...... maybe it could be copied ??????
 
Hiya guys. My problems come with the 3" calmini kit I had got fitted. When I had the 2" kit there was no problem at all with camber or anything like what I am getting now. My main problem is the 2 front tyres sit out from the body at the top + camber. To straighten them I have to wind my torsion bars up to very high, but when I do that I loose 4wd in the front wheels and she will start to bounce due to the drive line angles. The tie rods are also at a very bad angle and I have to replace them every few months. My advice stick with the 2" suspension kit or go with the trailmaster 4" kit. Thats what I have just bought and just spent £1200 including shipping. This drops everything in the front by 4 " s and keeps everything in line the way it should be. I wish I had gone with that kit to start of with instead of the calmini kit the supertrux recommended. I have the 3" body lift and its great touch wood never had any problems with it. Also please stay away from supertrux the work they do is very dangerous. They have also told me they do not work on T2 s anymore, probably for the best.
 
Hiya extreme, should be here in just over a week, the new kit. Could get some pics and all of it, going to see if a local mechanic can fit it due to the costs off coming over, but if I cant I will be over and can show it to you directly
