Letter from Nissan

Received a letter from Nissan informing me of the potential con-rod issue with D22 engines.

Of course only a "small percentage" are affected!

The Waranty has been extended up to 5 years (or 93,000 miles) providing the vehicle has been serviced to Nissan requirements:sly

I basically goes along the lines of an e-mail I got from them following the Watchdog program.

It's nice when they care

Id like to know how you know if you have one of the troubled models, Ive been to Scotland in ours a good cruising speed, Not too Fast you understand, and didn't miss a beat. Just had a service and no proplem reported.
So is it one of those things that I'll find out when It goes bang?
