Well, I found the problem with the half shaft seal. It ha become unseated and was hanging on the shaft. It now has two in.

While it was all apart I fitted the first of my shiny new discs too

Only problem is that they are too small.....Fek! Guess my Troll requires bigger everything.....

So took it all apart and refitted the old unit with some new pads as the others were too contaminated with EP90.
