Advice needed please....
My front LH brake hose has sprung a leak and thus the break pedal is spongy and braking practically gone.
Spare parts on order (I am based in Slovakia at the moment) and was wondering if anybody has advice on a temporary patch up. My hoses will be fitted by a mechanic a few miles away and I just need a patch to get me there.
Any ideas? Some stiff tube conduit and jubilee clips come to mind but I have read on some sites folding and clamoing the line on itself so only breaking on one side is a "in the field fix" I guess the hoses are under extreme pressure so perhaps stiff tubes and clips wont work?
