Hey all,

I have a 1992 Patrol (260???) and just wondered where i can get +2" leaf springs and shocks from?

Just found a site quoting approx £800 8O , Cant be right surely!!!!

Might be a silly idea, but cant i just put the springs on top of the axle's instead of beneath them? I think it may foul the steering arm but very interested to hear your thoughts.

Many thanks in advance

Daz

Not sure about SPOA (Spring over axle) on a troll, hopefully someone will know.

It is possible to get your own leafs retempered with whatever lift you want, depends if you are willing/able to have them off the truck for a week or so whilst they ae sent away - after that shocks would just be whatever length you wanted from Explorer Procomp - might be worth checking their site out for leaves too.

Probably the same place as you've got your quote from as its £800 8O

Don't spend any money with LA without first reading some of the experiences of other members there - a number have quite simply been ripped off - Bluebull was going to takr them to court (not sure if he did in the end) - they are not known as LA supercrooks for nothing.
