Rustic, the trouble was that the chap stuck was not meant to be doing that then and there 
We did suggest asking for local help but it seems this chap is meant to be security :lol
That's why his job was on the line and why the FB collective was mustered . Alex was kind enough to admit to being closest and so we all gave oodles of advise in the modern way via social media etc :thumbs
