knocking

took my caravan to the storage site which is along a unmade road, and i have a knocking coming from front of truck, it's heavy sounding knock coming from both sides, i 've had a quick look and can't see anything drastic, truck has just had it's mot and the garage is spot on, a proper check over etc, it only seems to happen in a straight line as far as i can tell, and it's not all the time, any idea's as to what to check? :nenau:doh

Check your wheel nuts inc the spare.

Also check for anything loose inside the car, also check the jack because that can cause a horrible noise if it's not nipped up in it's mounting.

i have renewed all anti rollbar links for mot, wheel nuts are tight, jack is ok, this is definately coming from front suspension area, also have haf a bar inthere and cant find any play in joints etc, i was wondering if it could be knackered shocks, although they do look fairly new. :nenau:doh

could it be were the hubs have been welded to the drive sharfts? any more ideas?

Might be :nenau pm "toolbox" mate or "extreme" :thumbs
