I tried the slow turn with the auto hub off and the notchy feeling still there

I get the notchy feeling when driving really slow but I am running on muds.
What's the shockers like:nenau
Worn bush maybe.
My initial thought is drop links but you have changed them

that's all I have left to do is the upper spindle bushes and the compression rod bushes and the shocks . I know my upper spindle is covered in thick crusty rust and my compression rod bushes are cracked but the garage thinks they where ok ?
