I've heard of a few Trols failing their MOT's due to the front kong pins being shot.
I dont know what these are can anyone explain or better still post a photo:thumb2
 
A king pin is a virtical (near) shaft that sits in the axle, and the hub pivots on it for steering, the bushes wear and go sloppy, did not know the Trols had these, are they not independent suspension? Rick

I thought they were independant, its just that I read on another forum that a guy was breaking a 1999 Trol because the front axle was knackered and the king pins were shot:confused:

Seems there are king pins, located on the knuckle flanges.
